I like the flier.  Is is online only or do you distribute this as well?

Hi Adam...I created this flyer for two purposes:  1.) to upload it as a custom pdf into TheListingWidget.com system to email to approximately 6,000 Realtors in our tri-state area (spreads cost out over several listings) and 2.) I placed it as a full page ad in The Real Estate Book.

I use Print Shop to create these custom flyers. Actually, I could export it as a jpg file and upload it as a "picture" into my various listings.  Might just to that...cross marketing always a good idea.

Do you have any suggestions?  Karen
