San Clemente has seen alot of activity these past four weeks. And for the first time in several months the most active price point was not the 1 million and over mark. The most active price point was the $800,000-$999,999 price range with 17 homes sold. Out of all the So. Orange county cities, San Clemente leads the total number of homes closing escrow in the period from 10/27/2007-11/27/2007 with 51 closings. Way to go San Clemente!
