Have a Business Plan

Do you have a business plan??

If you truly want to grow in this business you must! How are you going to get to where you want to go if you do not have a plan to do so.

To many agents treat this business as a job rather than a busines.

Anyone who does not already have a short term and long term business plan in place you should use the following and create your plan today!

This is a very thorough business plan. If you sit down and take the time to fill out this plan and then actually use it your business will grow by leaps and bounds!

Hey Don! I too just wrote post about my business plan for 2008. It must be something in the KW air. My business plan motivates me and keeps me on track. Not to mention the accountability factor. Great Post.
