2. Self-Leadership means scheduling what is most important to you, make your priorities your passion.

Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.  I know that sounds simple and we all have heard it before, but how many of us listen to it.  I love my chosen career, and I really don't feel like it is work.  Oh, in the past, I have employees that made me dread going into the office, but that issue has been solved. 

I love helping people find the home and help them get the home financing that they need to get that home.  I started scheduling times to be home and times to go to the park with my daughter and what I am going to make for dinner.  I hate being last minute, and at times, I have lived my life and my work by the seat of my pants. 

I am sure that you can imagine what that can do for your business.  What are your priorities?
