Just seen Glenn Beck

Glenn Beck's Christmas Tour

It's almost 11.30pm here in Orlando and I have just returned from having seen the first night of the Glenn Beck Christmas Tour. In fact, I was the Orlando sponsor of the event and I even had the opportunity to meet Glenn and to shake his hand - truly a great American.

For your convenience, I have posted the rest of the tour dates and if one is coming near you then I urge you to get tickets. It was an amazing night filled with laughter but also filled with emotion as Glenn took us on a journey through his family - fascinating.

For those of you who don't know Glenn, he has the third most listened to radio show in the country, a nightly show on CNN Headline News and the number one book on the NY Times bestseller list.

I listen to Glenn now and then and have enjoyed him. I don't see any Houston dates in there.

Simon - I have been a fan of Glenn's for years. In addition to enjoying his political positions, I have been fascinated with his ability to draw an emotional reaction from his listeners on the radio. He is a consummate radio personality.

He shook me up a little when he came to television on the Clinton News Network. But I need not have worried. He has reamined true to his beliefs and I just have to turn to HNN to see him. (I wouldn't be there for any other reason)

I have read his books and enjoyed his honesty in depicting his personal life and his Mormon faith.

He is a class act. I am sorry to have missed an Orlando presentation. [by the way the Christmas Tour photo in your post is not appearing on my system]

I unfortunately missed Glenn's christmas tour in Pittsburgh, but I did meet him at a book signing a month or so ago. I listen to talk radio all day long. Glenn is freaking hilarious. Did you hear him playing "Secret Lovers" for Eliot Sptizer yesterday? Classic!!
