It is Friday afternoon, when my phone rings.  I pickup the call and my son Brad says. "hey dad I need to tell you something".  Holding my breath, I asked what was up.  He said, I'm helping my friends Chris and Megan move today, you just sold them their home.  I acknowledged as he continued.  I want you to know that they could not get over how great you were as their realtor.  He said, they went on and on about everything you did for them to make their first home buying process very smooth.  He continued by saying, that day when you weren't available to be at the inspection, Jenni (Brad's sister, my daughter-business partner) was there to assure the home inspection went without a hitch. 

As I pondered the phone conversation, it made me a proud father, knowing that my son would call and mention the buyers comments, but yet letting me know that Jenni and I are doing what it takes to make a deal smooth and trouble free.
