On November 2,  California Realtor, Norma Toering posted her first Active Rain Blog.  It was about her picks as “best buys” in her market area, Palos Verdes.   Since her first post, Norma took a lot less time than I did to figure it all out.

Her blog about the new Trump roject originally caught me eye.  Great photos!

She’s got the marketing thing down!  If you want to see a marketing piece that made me want to go immediately to United Airlines Web site, look at her Coming Home  post and contact her to arrange a private showing.  But you have to beat me to this charming house!  I’m about to call my rich boyfriend and book us both on flights to California – earthquakes and fires be damned!  I WANT THAT HOUSE!

Whether you’re a newbie or an oldie,  Norma’s posts are fun and thought-provoking.  Her blog has meat and salad.  It is fun to read  with great information.

So Norma Toering is this weeks’ choice for me.  And I’m looking forward to reading her next posts.

I've been mentoring for 20+ years, and your blog is a great idea! What a way to give a word of support for new agents that are doing things right.

Check out our office's new agent, Ms. Kae Davis (www.activerain.com/KaeDavis). She already spotted Norma's blog and said something about it to me.

Patricia, I've got plenty of United frequent flyer miles if you'd like to borrow some, though I'd hate to see you leaving the D.C. area.  I love your series of introducing us to newer Active Rain members.  By the way, Renee Burrows has suggested that we call them "fresh talent" instead of "newbies" -- a more friendly term in my opinion.

PATRICIA:  I'm enjoying your series on finding newbies.  I was already familiar with Norma, but it's good to see some promotion being given to the newer members of AR.
