Picardy Village is a cozy neighborhood of custom-built homes in Cary, NC.  Picardy Village is off the west side of Lake Pine Road, between the Cary Parkway and US 64.    Picardy Village is adjacent to Picardy Pointe.

Downtown Raleigh and NC State University are about a 15-20 minute commute from Picardy Village.  The Research Triangle Park, "RTP," is about 25 minutes.  Heavy drive-time traffic can increase those commute times.

Picardy Village was developed in the mid-1990's by MacGregor Developpment Company.  Mostly 1.5 and two-story homes comprise Picardy Village, with home sizes ranging from 2300 to 3800 square feet.  You will see in the photos that Picardy Village is heavily wooded, offering shaded lots and beautiful streets. 

Typically  Picardy Village homes  include 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, beautiful .33 to .38+ acre lots, 2 car garages, and natural gas heat.

Picardy Village has a Homeowners Association.  HOA dues are approximately $400 annually and provide for common area maintenance, and the community pool and tennis.

Home sales in Picardy Village are infrequent, as owners tend to stay in place.  If a home goes on the market currently, I would expect sales price between the high-$300,000's to high $400,000's.  Property taxes are approximately 1% of the property's assessed Tax Value.  More information on Wake County property taxes.
