matters with a concentration on basic and advanced estate planning, probate and trust administration,
wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, asset protection and creditor protection
planning, corporate and contract law. In addition to being an attorney, Brad is taking his
examination to become a Certified Wealth Preservation PlannerTM (CWWPTM) and Certified
Asset Protection PlannerTM (CAAPTM). Brad was an associate professor teaching Property, Estates,
and Probate at an ABA accredited Paralegal College. In addition, Brad views his role as a
trusted and long-term advocate of asset protection planning in helping his clients achieve and
protect their financial goals and life time accomplishments.
