Sponsorship Opportunity: Commercial Mortgage Market Broker Training

Commercial Capital Alliance/Exeter Commercial LLC, located in Jericho, New York, is offering to select commercial mortgage lending institutions, appraisal firms, title companies and closing firms the opportunity to become involved with us as the single sponsor of one of our full day commercial mortgage broker training seminars.  We have been presenting these seminars as well as our 6 hour DVD program filmed at one of our seminars for about 2 and ½ years with great response and great feedback.

The sole purpose of our seminar is to educate residential mortgage brokers and investors on the beginning to end process of a commercial mortgage loan.  We present the information in a generic format that is not directed towards our firm or our products.  We are looking for sponsors to offer "scholarships" due to the fact that in this environment the $495 cost is unfortunately prohibitive for many.  Although this education is critical, they hesitate to obtain it.

By days end, they will know how to analyze scenarios, determine viability, select the proper lender, prepare the loan package, talk to underwriters, sell the loan offer to their borrowers and much, much more. 

The attendee will pay $95, and the scholarship will cover the remainder.  We request that our scholarship sponsors commit a minimum of $6,000 so that we can offer the class to at least 15 attendees.  Our program includes our 109-page Course Manual©2007 and Principles of Commercial Real Estate Finance.

Your company will receive:

• A guaranteed minimum of 15 attendees;
• Your banner and only your displayed in the front of the room;
