Crystal clear blue sky.

Stepped to the curb to pick up the paper.

Might be a light frost in the next few minutes.

Came back in from the chill and the warrm house smells like fresh bread baking, as the Ultimate Breadman bread machine is set to deliver a fine little golden brown loaf in a few minutes.   M-m-m-m-m-MMM!

Stopped by Jan Evett's post of the other day, What a Wonderful World, and played the YouTube Louis Armstrong clip.  Always makes me smile to see how beautiful a sentiment is passed in such a simple song.. 

Sweetie has a four day weekend, which she has earned, and I know we will enjoy ourselves.  Going to see the Ten Tenors tomorrow night in Raleigh.

Keller Williams Market Center 377, Cary had our 2nd Annual Fashion Victim Ball last night and from that we will provide support to two fine non-profits, April's Angels, and the Center for Volunteer Care Giving.  Feels very good.  Bad Taste for a Good Cause!

Cary NC Real Estate?  I'm meeting with a client today.  Meeting another prospective client today.  Possibly pouring the foundation on a client's new construction home today.  Have an offer on the table.  Staying busy.

So the sun is shining.  I have breakfast.  I'm feeling good.  Going to be a GREAT day!

Glad to hear you are staying busy up in Wake County.  Things are slow down this way lately but I am sure they will pick up in the next few weeks - always seems like there is a rush of activity just before the end of the year.
