While there are free photos available, they are few and far between. Just because a site is free doesn't mean the photos on it are free. Your best bet is to use one of three methods:

• Use photographs you shot yourself
• Obtain permission to use a certain photo (in writing)
• Buy photos
  

Hi Dan, one of the other great features of using Microsoft....they have "free" images you can download and use.  Go to www.microsoft.com/freephotos this help and you never have to worry unless you take something other that content market free.  Good question Dan, I hope this helps...the site has thousands of images in a wide variety of categories too.

Dan, I buy images at istockphoto.com.  They are very inexpensive and are great quality.

Dan-There are other great sites like photobucket.com that as long as you give credit to them in your post, you can use the pictures.  There are a lot of wonderful pictures there.  Just read through the disclosure and you will be good to go.  Have a wonderful holiday my friend.

Both Photobucket and Flickr are similar as long as you give credit you can use the photos.

I too find it hard to find the free photo's.......
