Fran - what did you tell him? Just curious? I know what I would've told him! :-) Seriously, though, I would've actually asked him how he'd feel if someone called hiim to pick his brain and have him do all the legal legwork - and then decided to represent themselves in a case?

"I think you have the wrong number"....and then put his number in as blocked

Someone asked, "what did you tell him?"

Well actually I was nice. But he caught me right in the middle of something and I was suppose to get back to him with information.

I got back with him by e-mail and said that I didn't see how it was that I was suppose to fit in this scenario, if he was representing himself and the seller would be represented by the listing agent.

That if he could elaborate on how I was going to get compensated for my work, I'd certainly appreciate it.

Needless to say.....  I never heard another word from him.

P.S.  I do have a son that has a law degree.  He represented his wife and self in a case against a contractor and WON so I guess that old saying isn't always right.
