"Allentown, PA, the financial capitol of the free world." Hmmmmm........maybe I won't hold my breath!  That was one of the comments made by a fellow Rainer when I made mention of the plan to have the financial instituitions in New York City backed up in nearby (but not too close) Northeastern Pennsylvania.   First off, I had made no mention of Allentown specifically, rather the Lehigh Valley here in Pennsylvania that was a part of this plan.  And by no means is my now beloved hometown of Allentown, Pa (which I daringly refer to at times as the armpit of the East Coast) the next financial capital of the free world.  Yet, I thought upon hearing the story of establishing a back up in case something happened remotely akin to 911 was a good idea.  When I saw his comment, I thought of one thing.................(see picture below)

None the less, here's an update on what's happening.  For those of us who do business

here in Pennsylvania, this could be of great importance to a lot of aspects of the real estate market.

Check it out and if you are holding your breath.....you may be a tad bit blue in the face my friend.

I used to recruit for Honeywell in Allentown. Never had the pleasure of visiting though...

Regarding the subject... we are seeing the Pocono's as a prime target...believe FULLY this will trickle into the Valley......adds to our......NYC 'strategy'.....

....we are seeing the Scranton area looking pretty bright also....I need to research that further.

Whether you are a primary buyer, investor, or Realtor. We provide valuable information and superior match-making skills necessary to make your real estate experience more profitable and with less risk.

For Buyers:

Whether you are a first time home buyer or looking for an upgrade, the down payment can be daunting.  Finding a partner to share in some of that upfront expense.

For Investors:

Sharing equity with the primary resident of your investment properties can ensure stability and care without the overhead of property managers.

For Realtors:

If the cost of home ownership dropped in half, would your client base double?  As the Realtor expert in these arrangements, you will meet a whole new wave of homebuyers who were previously priced out of their own markets.

Come and let share the experience of unique home buying formula.

With all do respect Jeff, what in the world does that comment have to do with the blog itself.  If you want to solicit business my friend, I know of much better and more appropriate ways....

I can give out Title.  Who wants to be a Knight?  A Duke?  Princess anyone?

Ann/Jason... most of your company in this week?

Ann, I proposed to Jason that perhaps a 'quick meeting' between Bertrum (Prez/Owner) and 1st Choice may have some upside.  We would certainly like some of your Title work, but I'm more impressed with how you seem to TRULY focus on Customer, which seems to fit our core. We will go beyond to satisfy a client.  We offer any and all assistence (if needed of course) to 'our' Realtors' and 'Mortgage Brokers'.

I know you are aware of our NYC tactic to -  'move the market' to us.  Perhaps you have some great out of the box thought processes that we can share. Even just getting YOUR company's view of the market would add to our knowledge pool. Unfortunatley, I need to better understand your structure (organizationally) to better direct ideas like this.

Perhaps 1st or 2nd week in January, if not this week?  Perhaps never :^)

Keep in touch.

 Rob

I think it is a splendid idea Rob.  And if Ann would stop advertising her services on my blogs.....LOL, I could better concentrate on the business at hand.  Oh yeah, meeting, Bertrum...First Choice.....Networking, sounds good.  I will have to check with the knights of the rectangular table over here but I would venture to say the beginning of Jan works best.  Let's do it.....
