If the market is changing in FL already, then there really is light at the end of the tunnel!  Are you seeing other signs?  In some of our more insulated areas in Idaho, the market is actually starting to get a bit harder...but we're usually behind national trends by a few months.

Hi Jason - thanks for stopping by.  Yes, I am seeing other signs: negotiated a contract this weekend which had 2 offers coming in at the same time (when was the last time you saw that).  Much more phone activity.
More buyers than I've seen for awhile.  More showings on my listings.

This may be a small shift but it's all good :-)
