Back PorchA warm (39ºF), foggy, North Star State morning greeted me today as I stepped out on to the porch. I can linger a bit, and savor the warmth of my (china, not stoneware) mug of Kona blend coffee (I purchased a whole 1# bag, so I will have it for a while—good stuff, Maynard!).

I spent the day yesterday knocking about with that old, retired Army sergeant-major, Carl—he’s a hoot to hang with! But some of what we experienced will constitute a whole post for another day (this is called a “teaser”—“story at 11”).

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO “REALTOR®” TERESA’S FACE?

50%, or more, of her face is missing! It’s gone!

I know we’ve kept close track of all our renegade ploughshares, so that’s not the problem.

Was she imitating Kristal Kraft? Maybe—imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery.

Or—could it be something more ominous—a sneaky virus that is beginning to infect AR, beginning with kk, and now has spread to “R®” Teresa?

Naw—that can’t be it!

Jay's new face?

Can it? NOOOOOO!!!

So far I haven't seen anyone cut a pie shaped piece of their face to use...

Jay, I appreciate Kona coffee, so will share a virtual cup with you.

Chris: Did it hurt? I felt nothing. I hope to find the rest of my face before it spreads to Medford and the ploughshares! Were you able to enjoy a cuppa joe sans mouth?

Sharon: Thanks for stopping by. I’ll be sure to brew some Kona blend daily.

Half Picture     I think its a virus of some sort.

Linda: At least you might enjoy half a cuppa joe! I hope this doesn't spread!

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle.. or aunt. I think someone's gotta file a crime report re: the missing facial parts on Active Rain.

Chris:

  1. Injecting Coffee? Well, without a mouth, I suspect it’s necessary.
  2. Ummmm, interesting. Evolution of Jay & Merton—they’re both me. The other guy is Medford Ambrose. I know it’s a little confusing. Medford doesn’t write all that often, when he does—it’s usually at my expense. Love the graphic work, ‘though s’been years since I’ve been that trim.
  3. Aww poor Jack—I’m just sick that he’s been affected by this phenomenon!

Thanks Chris, for all your visits today!

Kristal: Oh sure, you would think that! Maybe you caused all this havoc—hmmm?

Maureen M: Or file a report with the Centers for Disease Control—this thing is growning!

Jay.

This virus makes me sick to my stomach.  I was only able to eat half my breakfast.

Porky Pumpkin goes to MNThis must be a west of the Mississippi virus because this fine Ohio pumpkin had a full face when I sent it to Minnesota to compete earlier this year.

It was a Porky Pig Pumpkin.

Chris: No you're AHEAD! Hey, what happened to my face? Oh, may I say this about that breakfast? "Eiuuu!"

Maureen M: Now it's attacking dead fruit? Has it no taste?

I am only leaving this here because Craig Schiller made it, I think because he can, and emailed it to me last night.  I think it is hideous!  . . . but some how now as bizzar as Maureen's pumpkin.

I was thinking of merging my pumpkin to Teresa... but I am no Craig Shiller....

Now if you can just get her to eat the other half of that cheese covered breakfast wrap.  (by the way, it's the breakfast of champions, Jay Merton)

12/12/2006 04:02 PM by Chris Elizabeth Griffith ~ Bonita Springs Fl Real Estate (Keller Williams Elite Realty, Bonita Springs, FL)

Chris: That combination of Kristal & Teresa probably speaks out of both sides of hers mouths saying different things at the same time. Regarding the cheese-covered breakfast wrap, uuumm—it’s all purpley and stuff.

Jay (Medford went home to look for the rest of his face)

Chris... you better watch out.  Blasi is in deep thought on how to get you back for that comment.  I can only imagine what it will be.  If he sends it to you in email, you will have to let me know.

Jay,

Did Medford find his face or are we now going to have to refer to him as the Phantom of the AR?

Jason: I dunno, perhaps I’ll find out at the coffee shop—if he shows his fa--.
