Jefferson County Non-Residential Vacancy Inventory

Did you know.....the Jefferson County Planning & Zoning Division has completed the final phase of the Non-Residential Vacancy Inventory. This is non-residential properties anywhere in unincorporated Jefferson County. The properties can be searched by geographic location, parcel location, or identification number. You can also search a particular type such as office, retail or industrial. To find out more, go to http://www.co.jefferson.co.us/nonresinv/. From there you can also get links to the following: 1) application review process guides; 2) zoning resolution; 3) land development regulation; 4) traffic impact fees; 5) assessor property records search; and 6) Jefferson economic council.
