Cameras at busy intersections? That could become a reality for Jacksonville if councilman Stephen Joost has his way. There will be a public hearing for the bill on November 13th. Anyone who wants safer roads are urged to attend and lend their support. As a mother with 2 small children I actually don't like to have my children in the car unless it is absolutely necessary because I know there are a lot of people on the roads who seem to never have learned how to drive properly and obey the laws.
