Joe - There are so many charming homes in your area.  They have such character.  I love it that while they are not pretentious on the outside, they provide such lovely ammenties inside.

Marlene - Always good to see you here.  I do love the older homes in my area as well.  They are so simple on the outside yet so well done on the inside.  The city has tried to make it a point to preserve the look and feel of the city as much as they can.

Joe, it is amazing how this home displays the craftsmanship of an era gone by.  As they have been updated over the years they seem ageless.  Very nice listing post.

Robert - LOL, most of the homes in Burbank probably are.  It does have a great amount of character though.
