As Always, I've got great NO BS content for everyone this week, and I also need your prayers for 2 of my good friends...

It was great meeting some of the Renegades at the Boca Real Estate Club who came out to say Hello and listen to Rock Star Developer Mr. Frankie McKinney speak.

Unfortunately, if you couldn't peel yourself off the couch because of Kid Nation, you lost out!

Because I’m always looking out for my Renegades (my mother taught me to share), I'm going to paraphrase what Frank shared with the entire group that evening:

1. Risk More - And it can be learned, it's like a muscle, use it or lose it...

2. Be the Best at Whatever you do or Are going to do - When Frank bought his first crack house in Palm Beach, he made it the nicest home on the block.  

**If you want to become best in your field (like me), read Robert Ringer's Book "Winning through Intimidation".  When you get to Chapter 4 "The Leapfrog Theory", you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.  It will absolutely CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

3. Giving back to the community - Frank has more money than God (although he'd never tell you that, most people of wealth…won’t) and he's more excited about giving back to the community and his Caring House Project, than his Gazillion Dollar Mansions on the Sand.

4. Money does not create happiness - I don't agree with this one idea 

(kidding of course) Some of the people who buy his Zillion Dollar Ocean front Masterpieces, who are legitimate Billionaires...Are MISERABLE Sons of a B----!

5. Get Knowledge and Humble Yourself - Frank started on the tennis court giving lessons, to Billionaires.  He would ALWAYS ask them how they created their wealth, and sure enough it always came back to real estate.  That's why you should beg, borrow, steal to get into my mentor program "when it opens up for new applications". (We're very selective) NO losers allowed!

BONUS 

6. Frank watches NO TV!  He's in bed by 9pm, up by 4am, works out and doesn't read the negative news in the paper.   They call him the "Daredevil" Developer, and Nilsa his wife, calls him the "Boring" Developer.
