Besides being completely convenient to both I-5 and I-405 as well as Alderwood Mall, Brier is also right next to Lake Washington and has views of both the Cascades and Olympics!  It is also only minutes to the sound in Edmonds.....

  Seattle's Suburb:  Brier, WA has a lot to offer!

Brier has a few prominent businesses including Brier Grocery, Jason's Java, and Brier Grocery.  In addition, it has a beautiful newer city hall building, fully equipped police department, and many gorgeous parks.  Brier is known for its open areas and beautiful subdivisions and it is not uncommon to have a development of newer homes back a few acres with horses. 

The City Hall is gorgeous and sits right next to a public horse arena, park with play fields, playground, and tennis courts.  The speed limit in Brier is 20,25, or 30 depending on where you are and make sure to stay under it!  Our streets are safe and the police take pride in making sure these limits are followed.
