Ashley, I don't know where to start.  Yes I do...KUDOS to your daughter for the inspirational video.  Natty is quite the caring young lady. 

Your family has battled this disease for over 50 years.  When you hear the words "breast cancer" it really hits home for you.  As Natty said "Believe..." Hopefully one day soon we can all "believe" that that this horrid disease will be in the past.

Ashley, a wonderful photo tribute and I am speechless at the video Natty put together! I hate it that your family has had such a battle with breast cancer but how wonderful to see that they were able to successfully battle it. Your family is an inspiration. 

Ashley that is quite a tribute and one that everybody should read and watch.  You are in a family of amazing woman.  

Ashley, You have one very talented daughter. You have all those strong women in your family to look up to, I knew from day one that you are a strong woman as well.

Kris - I was just stunned at the video she put together. I just sat there and cried. Thank you for the nice comment about Natty.

Sarah - Thank you! She also has a youtube following. She has a group of fans who are always asking when her next show is coming out!

Charles - I have a hard time doing anything about breast cancer without tearing up. I had tears just pouring down my cheeks when I saw Natty's video the first time.

Marchel - I think that is what helped my mother. She had seen her grandmother go through it twice and survive it. It didn't have to be a death sentence in her mind.

Julie - Thank you! I think the woman in my family kick some serious butt!

Mana - There are some strong woman to be able to watch in my family. I love seeing it in my daughter.

Ashley, your daughter must take after her talented mother.  That was really awesome!!  Kids can just blow your mind.  I think this is a lovely tribute and I'm glad I got a chance to check it out!  FABULOUS!!

Karen  -  Glad you enjoyed it! I loved all the heavy metal bands of the early 80's.

Thesa - I do. I am at a higher risk because my mother was premenopausal and I been having regular exam and mammograms since my early 20's. My doctors have been on top it for years. Now I have to start being concerned about my daughters (17 and 12) as well.

Very nicely done...you can both add to this later when you feel compelled.  This definitely hits home.  My maternal Grandmother had it...and SURVIVED!!  :-)

Your daughter seems to get her great computer skills from her Mother.

Your daughter is very creative.  I am sorry to hear that cancer runs so strongly in your family.  It is amazing that they were all successful in their fight against cancer - they must have been very strong women. 

Rita - Her videos are getting better with each one! I never thought about how truly devastating cancer can be as I was growing up with these successful fights. Only as I got older did I see how they can really be.

Ashley~ what an amazing, caring, talented daughter you have (I bet she takes after MOM!)  That a great tribute you put together for you family.  By the way you have a strong resemblence to the lady on the top left, Alice? I think.

Awesome video Ashley!  I too, have it in my family, and it means that we all have to be very careful.  The way to survive it is to catch it early.  All the determination in the world won't help anything except your attitude if it is late and aggressive. 

Ashley, WOW, what a great production your daughter did!  1 in 8 really makes you think!  How many people will we know in our lifetimes that get breast cancer?  How can we stop it?

Hope all is well with you. (haven't seen a post from you for awhile) Guess that's a good thing because it probably means you are busy! My mom battled Breast cancer also. It's a very scary thing to go through. Great video and you are sooo lucky to have a daughter like that:)
