Rockies Win! Rockies Win! The Colorado Rockies' playoff drought is over. They are heading to the playoffs for the first time since 1995. Long suffering fans were rewarded with a mind boggling run at the end of the season and won the tie breaker game tonight against the Padres. They will play Wednesday against the Philadelphia Phillies. The game went to extra innings before the Rockies won with a 3 run rally in the bottom of the 13th. Yeah Baby! Go Rockies!

Congratulations to the Colorado Rockies and their fans! What a wild finish. I had to log onto SI this morning to see who came out the winner and was suprised it was such a good, close game right until the end.
