I'm really don't understand what's going on. There has been a lot of fraud going on. I think it's mainly because the market is slow (at least in my market) and people are getting really desperate. How could anyone risk there license and freedom for that matter. It's not worth it. Aren't we suppose to help our clients? Not deceive them... There was a news report last week about a big franchise name in NY which I didn't get to watch so I can't talk much about. And again tonight while I'm watching the News, a big franchise companies name is being put there the mud. Allegedly the agents were forging signatures, and were encouraged to target low-income spanish speaking consumers.

I really don't understand....I personally would not risk my license and my freedom. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. If they don't qualify...they don't qualify. Don't forge anyone signatures, don't you know that's a crime.
