You may ask why? One of the reasons why is there is always somebody ready to give you the Monday morning quarterback report on everything you did wrong. One of the sayings that they taught all through the academy in almost every class are the  3 letters CYA. The instructors always said that in anything that you do always remember CYA. Cover Your Ass because there is always someone out there that has an axe to grind. They may not be pissed at you but if you are the first one they see they will take all their frustrations out on you. You become their whipping boy and they want to do everything to discredit you, to get you in trouble, and to make you lose your job. This they do so that they get the feeling of satisfaction and completion. They don't care that they may have ruined your life, your job, and your family. They became single minded and only could focus on someones ruination and they didn't care who.
