As I said in my last post, I have just launched a new web site for real estate in Northern Nevada (reno, sparks, tahoe, minden, gardnerville, carson city areas).

 One of the features I wanted to post here is the ability to easily search for northern nevada homes for sale by school district.  For example, you can search Reno homes for sale by school district from one page which lists all public schools (and higher education institutions) in Reno. 

 Not far from Reno is Sparks and, yes, you can search for Sparks homes for sale by school district as well in the same format.  South of Reno and Sparks is Carson City and the following page link allows you to search for all Carson City homes for sale by school district.

Minden, Gardnerville, and Genoa area all in Douglas County and share a common page that allows you to search for Douglas County NV homes for sale by school district.

 After a search, you can click 'view by map' to see the results of the homes on a google map - kind of nice when you want to see a general school district map (with the number of listings on the market, it is reasonably complete).  Of course, all homes come directly from the MLS.  All of these homes are eligible for our Free Move Program as well which is a real nice beneift to home buyers from out of the area.
