I presently use Top Producer but am having so many frustrating problems I would like to change. I do a lot of emails every day and every month. My only concern was having a system where I would always have access to my database even if my own computer crashed.   I would love any suggestions.

I think ACT is good.  I have just went to using Outlook.

I'm thinking of using Small Business Outlook or even Quicken Contact manager. I know I had asked you a few days ago. I'm still looking for something. I liked Quicken because it has a full page about each contact and all the activities. I'm sure the new OUtlook has it too. I'll have to look.

I, like you, frankly HATE Top Producer...it is transaction oriented and heck, we have transaction coordinators for that.....it is not campaign oriented...etc...hell, it doesn't even send newsletters, guides, tips, recipes, gardening tips, household hints...lots of things to stay in contact with....try Sharper Agent...it's awesome and SOOOOOOOOOOOOO user friendly...I still have Top Producer, but as I get more involved and user friendly with Sharper Agent...I find I like it alot better...I don't use half the things in Top Producer...Sharper Agent is cheaper...and Keller Williams is basically IN BED with TopProducer and has to be receiving a kickback for every KW agent signing up to TP..they force it down your throat...hogwash! It gets hung up alot sending mass emails to alot of my clients whose mailboxes are legitimate and working emails...I end up having to send that email in another email address I have..insane! And frankly, I didn't become a realtor to be holding on line to speak with a Top Producer tech rep for help. Ciao..I never have followed the masses.

Brett,

Take a look at Wise Agent.  www.wiseagent.com  I have used it for over a year, it is internert based and logs all emails into your clients contact notes with a date stamp.  You can set up mailing campaigns and more.  It is also less expensive then top producer at $25 a month.

Good lock
