Three residential occupied burglaries have recently been reported in Minnetonka, MN.  The Minnetonka Police Department is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

The suspect(s) entered through unlocked doors and stole cash from the victim's purses. There is no suspect description information at this time.

The Minnetonka Police are urging people to be watchful and aware of suspicious activity, vehicles and individuals and to call 9-1-1 to report it.

•·        Make sure your personal property inventory is up to date, record serial numbers, make and model of items and keep this record in a secure place.

•·        Leave lights on timers to make your home look occupied.

•·        Install motion lights.

•·        Keep garage doors closed and lock service doors.

•·        Be aware of identity theft-check your credits reports regularly and immediately following the theft of your personal information.

•·        Join a Neighborhood Watch in your community
