  I-25/392 plan ready to roll forward

The Coloradoan reports that growth has led to congestion at the interchange of Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 392 and growth could speed along the interchange's reconstruction.   Access to The Ranch to open up

The Greeley Tribune announced that, within the next month or so, getting to The Ranch will be a little easier.   Centerra Parkway, a 1.5-mile connection from U.S. 34 to Crossroads Boulevard, should open soon, meaning many visitors will not have to drive on Interstate 25 to access the Budweiser Events Center and other facilities at The Ranch.  http://www.greeleytrib.com/article/20070911/BUSINESS/109100141 

 McWhinney is looking at grocery center

A story in the Reporter-Herald says that the clamors of Centerra residents for a grocery store have been heard by the area's developer, McWhinney. Jack Wolfe, president of commercial and mixed use property for McWhinney, said Monday the company has been in talks with a grocery anchor and wants to open the undisclosed store as soon as possible.   http://www.reporterherald.com/Top-Story.asp?id=12162

  Another story in the Coloradoan reports that, with 174 exhibitors expected at the Rocky Mountain Sustainable Living Fair, those looking to build sustainability into their daily lives will find plenty of information.
