Fort Collins, Windsor unveil I-25 plan    
NCBR Online reports that one of Northern Colorado's most antiquated highway junctions will be the subject of a public meeting Sept. 11 when Fort Collins and Windsor planners unveil designs and finance options for an overhaul. Property owners and the public will get their first look at a draft plan for the Interstate 25 interchange with Colorado Highway 392 at an open house from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association at the southeast corner of Colorado 392 and Larimer County Road 5.   http://www.ncbr.com/enews.asp

  Many Greeley projects may go unfunded without sales tax increase   A Greeley Tribune story says that, without a sales tax increase, city officials say they probably won't be able to make many improvements to Greeley's infrastructure in 2008 and beyond.
