What's the Neighborhood Like?

Many times when I am showing property to prospective buyers, this question comes up. Since many buyers in our area, Myrtle Beach, are from out of the area, it is a valid question. Our Realtor ethics, however, precludes me from commenting, Instead I send them to:

The site has data on many communities in this area and has been quite helpful and informative for my clients.

Hello Linda,
Yes, you are correct--that's a loaded question. Good way to handle it. The way I answer is by talking about the houses, schools, shopping, etc. not the people.
