Gail - can I make a suggestion?  Just use the address for your title, then put the details of the property in the body of the post.  Just an idea.  Beautiful photos and property!!  :-)

Hi Brad, a couple reasons why I do it the way I do.  I'm placing some keywords that might help the listing come up better in a search.  Also I don't want to give it all away.  My personal feeling is if I can create an opportunity to communicate with the prospect I have opened the door a crack.  If they look up the address and decide they are not interested I have lost the ability to show them what might be the right house.  I'm open to hearing other ideas, and welcome your input.  Thanks

Thanks Cynthia, it truly is a magnificent house, if it were not so close to I-95 it would be listed for well over a million.  The price takes location into consideration, but in this buyer's market, not even $85 SF for a very high end property WITH LAND seems good enough.  Fortunately the sellers are not hurting and not willing to give it away.  I think you're in a similar market in NC.  I keep saying - this too shall pass!  Best wishes to you as well.
