Working with your Colorado CLIENT-Seller as a TEAMWORK
Today, I set up everything to a list a Colorado real Estate property, I did everything right, my presentation, paperwork, pictures, listening, etc and I wanted to make something different today, I do not know if you guys have done this before or you usually do it, but I have done this to get my Colorado Clients more involved in the listing.
On the MLS filling on Public Remarks / Broker Remarks, We worked together as a team, making the best marketing technique / good way possible to make his house tentative to visit it. We know that if you do a bad job in your MLS Ad, there are many chances that your house will not be visited, If you place the bad price, it will not visited. I want to get all my listing visited as many people possible having more chances to sell the Colorado Home fast, have more chances that someone fall in love with it.
Pleasing your Colorado client, being creative, creating something different than usual and being you. It works really great, Ask me what happen at the end of the visit /interview?

One thing that I have always found helpful is to ask the Sellers, "What is the thing you have enjoyed the most about this house?" Many times I incorporate their answers into my MLS data sheet remarks.
