I have posted in the past about using Hobbs Herder along with Craig Proctor marketing ideas and got some interesting comments... lots of clicks and several emails back and forth..
My question now is for those who have read any of Dan Dennedys books, are there some out there that would like to form a mastermind group and share ideas, have monthly calls, share letters/post cards using his ideas???
Dan, I've read some of her stuff, and followed some of Craig's stuff. I'd love to start/join a group. I recently signed up for Craig's website and would love to hear feedback. Keep me posted for sure.
I really like Dan Kennedy. When you start digging into information on Dan, you'll find that he himself has a mastermind group, and all of these guys are making a ton of money.

Sounds like there is at least some interest... Blair, I am talking about DAN Kennedy, not Daniele? Kennedy... she is real estate specific agent trainer from years ago. She had some good stuff but not the same as DAN. Check him out and would love to have you as part of the group if we can get something going and you like his ideas.
Yea, I know he has a mastermind group but cost wise is expensive... I am thkinking of something a bit more informal... I love my sites, do you use them as well? I know Jay, he does not know me, from Craig Proctors conference. That was not how I got started with my sites but he is doing some coaching now with them that I am looking forward to.
Hope business is going well for you. I've been studying Dan Kennedy for years, in fact, that's how I met Craig at a Dan Kennedy conference! I use a lot of sales letters in my business which are all based on Dan Kennedy's teachings. It's part of our 8x8, FSBO, EXPO, Buyer plans, etc. Dan Kennedy is the king when it comes to marketing and business advice.
I spoke with Jay and Mike when they were in Nashville recently and the stuff they have coming with their coaching is going to be awesome. It's not all about the websites, they'll cover a ton of stuff. I'm looking forward to it as well.
This would be a great group...I just read the No BS Time Management book twice and some ideas might not make sense to some people, but all I know is he is a millionaire and I need to learn how to think like one...he says he doesn't have a cell phone...I don't know if I could get rid of mine, but I know I have use my time more wisely and make better decisions.
Happy Holidays Mark! Kennedy has a Glazer-Kennedy Inner Circle Mastermind group that meets near you once a month. I have subscribed to his newsletters for nearly 10 years, have several courses, books, cd's, etc and have never regretted spending one red cent on any of his material. Guys like Ron LeGrand, Craig Proctor, Rob Minton, Darren Garmen, Jeff Paul, Joe Polish, Ted Thomas, Richard Roop, etc have learned from Dan and gone on to teach/coach others. (His mastermind group meets 4 times a year & costs more money than most agents make in a year) Check out your local library, ebay, or fellow agents,,,you'd be surprised as to how many Kennedy students there are close to you!
