Panama market is hot and pre construction opportunities are incredible. We have many calls from Canada because Panama is offering VISA PENSIONADO and a lot of benefits to reitrees. What are the property laws like? Can a United States citizen purchase and own property outright or is there a risk of seizure from the Government? That sounds like a good place to buy a vacation property or a good place to retire.
