Market your listings through your title company!

I know... sounds crazy right?

Well, it's NOT!

I have helped my Realtor clients sell 8 houses this year just from getting to word out amongst my database, websites, friends, and family!

Now, I really only recommend the unique properties or great deals but this is another way to get the word out on your listings... great exposure! Let your Appraisers know, title companies, home inspectors, etc etc.

Educate your Title Company on your listings - Make sure they know what they have the title on... maybe even offer an incentive!!!

Like I said, if I could help sell 8 in 2007 this far - Your vendors could do the same!!!

This is a good idea...I try to network with the title companies as much as possible...they're good resources and they're always giving away free stuff. =)
