I am starting to get busy again with land sales.  Today I sold 2 - 2 acre parcels located in the Hermosa, South Dakota area.  They were listed at $90,000 for the pair.  The land included a shared well, great view, pine trees and only 23 minutes from Rapid City. 

Also got an offer accepted on a large log home on Nemo Road just a few miles from Rapid City.  I am sometimes amazed when an offer is accepted that I thought was a pretty low offer.  But I need to remember that the market is slow right now and seller's are reducing their prices and are a lot more willing to negotiate.
