So  I am Leaving a Sellers House Tonight and they shake my hand and Thank Me for being such a Professional REALTOR, I then say Oh I am not a REALTOR, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express Last night, But I had this Nightmare that a huge Red White & Blue Hot Air Balloon landed in this field and Hundreds of Happy Sellers came running at me Yelling Over and Over again.....Thanks BUY OWNER...As a Turned to Run I Tripped over this Freaking Duck that appeared out of Nowhere, as I landed on top of him.. He Schreiked..AFLAC...AFLAC.....

By then a group of Sellers caught up to me ..and I preceeded to asked them HOW THEY DID IT... In unison they all replied..It Was SO EASY Even A CAVEMAN Could DO IT...... Seeing my shame and embarrasment this Huge Man with a Beard bent down and threw a Sweaty Football Jersey on my Head... I Looked up amazed and all I could say was ..WOW, Thanks MEAN JOE...then while still feeling Sad and Down some Little Rugrat sat down next to me and Pulled out an Ice Cold Coca Cola..at which point we popped the Top and proceeded to Share a Coke and a Smile while the rest of the Sellers joined hands and Sang ..If I Could Teach The World To Sing..In Perfect Harmony......
Just as I  Started to Feel at peace for a job Well Done.....an Angry Seller broke from the crowd and Ran at Me , adjusted his Comb Over and Screamed "YOU'RE FIRED"!!!! 

Moral of my Story.... BRANDING WORKS!!
