Althought a quick look at the market would tell us that our numbers are down slightly. We have sold few homes for less money then we did last year at the same time. (we are close though) In a market where yesterday we watched stocks tumble due to major builders and home sales reports being down. In a market where foreclosures are at an all time high. What does this mean to our area? I have no idea. I would share with you that Real Estate as a whole in our area has never gone down over a 10 year period of time. If you can buy for less this year then last year i would recommend buying. If Fort Collins is the #1 place to live in the country. (it is to me) Then why would you not want to get a great home in a great area while there is a lot on the shelves at a great sales price?
