This blog has nothing to do with Real Estate, but, it's my way of letting people know that I'm an actual human and not just a Real Estate, blogging robot. Or even better than that, a Real Estate Professional that pays someone else good money to blog for them. Imagine that, paying someone else to blog for you! Blows my mind. The stuff that you learn on this website far outweigh the benefits of simply having a presence on it or any other blog for that matter. Anyhow, things are getting down to the wire with me having our first child. We have a little girl, Hailey Niclole, that is due November 23rd, but the doctor is telling us that he may induce her around the 2nd or 3rd. Why? Holy Moly...That's why. To that, I' shoud be a dad in less than 2 weeks with a baby in hand...All I have to say is WOW!! I'm super excited and looking forward to it. Hopefully the Real Estate business treats me good enough to pay for all of the poopie diapers. So if you're looking for an honest, hard working, no bs lender that can do A-D type loans in California...Let me know...Otherwise, I'll have to buy one of those non-disposable diapers to make up for the difference, which doesn't sound as appealing  :)
