"Oh, what a beautiful morning!  Oh, what a beautiful day.  I have a wonderful feeling, everything's coming my way!"  Sounds familiar?  When Real Estate (or anything for that matter) gets tough, just sing!............and sing your heart out!!!!!!  You'll see a change.

 I received this text message from across the globe the other day and 'thought I'll share it with you. It said:  "Life is short.  Grudges are a waste of complete happiness.  Laugh at the things you cannot change.  Forgive quickly, Love deeply." 

Somehow, somewhere, some of you have probably heard or seen the above text message before.  No harm in re-reading it again, and again, and again!  We could never get tired of a good reminder, could we?
