Located in Island Estates at 249 Windward Passage, Clearwater, FL 33767, this is the home for many animals rescued and rehabilitated by the stranding response team, which is one of the nations most successful. It is also home to over 500 waterfront homes and even more condos.

Some resident animals include Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, several species of sea turtle, and North American river otters.

The Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Inc (CMA) is dedicated to public education, research, animal assisted therapy and the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sick or injured animals. CMA is a Florida non-profit organization.

Jack Clearwater Marine Aquarium sounds like a lot of fun. I know my kids would enjoy spending the day there. What condos are close by?

The aquarium is located in Island Estates which is less than .5 mile east of Clearwater Beach. Just south of Clearwater Beach is Sand Key. All of these locations have condos. The prices range from about $175,000 to well over $1,ooo,ooo. Would you like for me to see some pictures and descriptions of condo buildings in various price ranges?

Years ago I worked at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium during the summer and taught some of those classes! They are as much fun for the teachers as they are for the kids! We used to take pontoon boats our into the bay and get into the water to find and identify all kinds of plants and marine life. It was wonderful! Actually, it was one of the best summers I ever spent! I learned so much that summer! We did sleepovers next to the dolphin tanks too! And planted mangrove seedlings on some of the islands out in the bay! Gosh, that sure brings back memories!!!!
