Imagine if real estate overnight became NASCAR and all agents assumed the identity of various NASCAR Drivers.

I identify more with drivers from the past, like the King, Richard Petty, who managed to bump the back of a car on I-85 when the pace of traffic didn't suit him.  And he was in a political campaign for statewide office in North Carolina!

Then there was the late Intimidator, #3, Dale Earnhardt, who could pull up close and make a weaker driver surrender his spot.  Or another favorite, Dick Trickle who was one of the last to circle the track while having a smoke.  "What, me worry?"

Do you know similar real estate agents, the ones who enjoy being in control, or the old schoolers who say, "Well... we didn't ever need all that paperwork to get 'r done?"  Or the Tony Stewarts who either do a burnout or blow up at the end of the transaction?

My counter-intuitive (un)favorite driver, Mr. Excitement, Jimmy Spencer, was a ticking anti-matter bomb.  It was only a matter of time before he would instigate a tangle of scrap metal against the wall.  Discretion and consideration of the consequences of speed were not even an afterthought.  Always reminded me of the fellers who would say, "I don't care how bad I lose the fight, if I can just get in one good punch."  Exactly how I do not want to go around the real estate track!

So... Just for fun, If real estate were NASCAR, what driver would you most resemble?  And why?

Not my favorite driver but.........I would probably be Mark Martin. He's been around a while, he makes it to every race, does his best, has the respect of all the drivers, doesn't always have to be on top, but stays in the top 10.

I would rather go after it and be the #3. I would prove why they want to put in an offer on that house, becaue I have taking the time to listen to them and and I know from standing back listening. I seem to know what home fits them better than they do. They are just in the thick of things and sometimes cannot see until I take them back and show it to them. I do not waste time with the answer when asked.
