Sometimes the media does actually come through! Not everyone has the the total "Local" picture.. but we do depend on the media to report current events and trends. People do listen.
The media this evening again made my blood pressure go up. This time they were "reporting" the number of foreclosure notices were double from last year. Good grief!

Why buy a house now? Reports from the media point the finger at housing and are contributing to paralyzing the nation into recession. However, financial advisors and buyers alike are beginning to question the indexes where the media gets its data, and whether the news is really accurate.

I fee a bit like the caped cruisader this week. Its the busiest week we've had in our office since last summer - buyers, sellers, CMA requests, etc. Its refreshing to be pulled in 900 directions at once.
