I'm waiting for a call back.  Waiting for close to 36 hours.  Thinking I won't get the call.
Went by a nice looking home in a great Cary, NC, neighborhood with clients, and pulled a flyer out of the box.

mls: Cary NC Real Estate, "To Be Added Drive " - 10/27/07 10:28 AM
The new Triangle MLS upgrades have been very positive, and gone seamlessly, at least to my eye.
One thing I really like is the standardization of streets and subdivisions. 
When a listing is input, the agent will have to select a street from a database of streets.  Likewise with subdivisions.

mls: Vigilante justice on the Triangle MLS? "Report a Violation" - 10/24/07 10:48 PM
Tomorrow morning should be interesting.
Major changes are in store for our MLS solution.  The one I talked about the other day.  It has had a few tweaks and some largish additions that are having a Grand Opening Thursday Morning.
My early favorite is the one-click "Report a Violation" email pane.  (Pain?)

So we have this mighty fine offer all set to go. 
I call over to the listing agent in Raleigh, and a nice lady answers the phone.
Me:  "I have an offer to send over.  Fax or email"
Nice Lady:  "Fax."
Me:  "Thanks."
I have the paperwork assembled and fax it out.  Toll Free number.  Cool!
