I have 2 announcements to make

1) Glad to announce that we were able to find homes for two of our clients from our "Got Buyers? We Do.."  list.  One in Valley Glen for Roza and one in North Hollywood for Gokor .   We closed escrow recently.

2) Also 2 more clients again form our  "Got Buyers? We Do.."  list we found homes for both.  For Lilik a Gorgeous home in Valley Glen & for Laert a spectacular 5 bed/2ba 20,000 lot in Northridge, which we are currently in escrow.  I will keep you posted as soon as we close escrow.  Please let me know if I can be of any help to you. I only work with best lenders, inspectors ..... all my buyers are pre-approved and qualified.

                   for approximately $320,000 in E & W Valley.                      

              3)   We also have a client who is interested in a 3 bd/1 ba

                    house with 1,100 sq ft & over 5,500 lot in N Hollywood

                   Van Nuys or Valley Glen for under or at $400,000.

             4)  Other client of ours needs a 3 bd/2 ba condo or a house

                  in Valley Village, Valley Glen, Sherman Oaks & Studio City

                  for $500,000 to 800,000.

              5)   There is one client who is willing to pay up to $520,000 for

                   a 4 or 5 Bedroom fixer with 20% down in North Van Nuys

                   & Valley Glen.

            6)  Some body else is looking for a single family residence with

                   a Guest House in North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Valley Glen

                  Woodland Hills, Canoga Park & North Hills for up to $550 K.

           7)   One client is looking for a 2 bd/ 2ba with pool in Laine

                  School District (Encino) for $600,000 to 700,000.   

            8)   We have a client who is interested in a 2bd/ 2ba house

                  for up to $800,000 in either Valley Village & Valley Glen.

            9)  There is this other client who is willing to pay up to   

                 $1,000,000. for a spacious 3bd/2ba single family residence

                  with 2000 sq ft and up in Tarzana, Woodland Hills 

                  Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake,  Studio City,                 

                  Encino.

          10) One of our client is looking for a 3bd/3 ba home

                 in Encino or Tarzana for up to $900,000. Light Cosmetic

                 is ok.

         11) 3 bd/ 3 ba house with 2000 sq ft & 7000 lot in Studio

               Studio City Golf/triangle is the description of the

                property, which was given by one of our clients.

                he is willing to pay up to $1,000,000.
