BREVARD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY LAUNCHES HOME SELLER PROTECTION PLAN
With homes being on the market longer, there is a real concern for maintaining a vacant home’s interior and exterior integrity.
Absentee Home owners face a myriad of problems with un-occupied homes.
These problems can include pool maintenance, landscaping, air conditioners, plumbing, pest control, before and after storm inspection, home security (breaking and entering) and more.
Melbourne Beach Fl, August 30th 2008-Per Steve Neville, Local Broker/Owner of Aamerican Property Management Company. We have always provided most of these services for the owners of our rental properties, but we are now seeing more owners that don't use their home as a rental needing any combination of these extra services.
When asked how this specifically helps absentee sellers, he further remarked, Buyers understand that someone may not live there, but the home still needs to look like its ready to be moved into. Appearance is everything to a buyer. If they go in a home and it spells musty and unkempt its definitely a turnoff. That’s where this service really comes in. Plus it’s affordable. A full range of services can be as little as $65.00 a month.
Steve further added. Our job is to take care of all the potential problems a home sitting vacant can face.

Melbourne, Palm Bay Fl, expanding local infrastructure.
Officials from Palm Bay and Melbourne are partnering to help get funding from the federal government for the long-awaited St. Johns Heritage Parkway
(PressMethod) - The proposed parkway -- an $84.5 million project -- would skirt along the southern and western edges of Palm Bay, as well as the Melbourne area west of Interstate 95.
Per Palm Bay City Council member Milo Zonka and Melbourne City Council member John Thomas "Each city has its own respective transportation priorities, and this proposal is not meant to deter either city from its pursuit of funding for those projects.
"We believe, however, it is important for Brevard County's two largest cities to come together on these two critically important interchanges and parkway, which stand to provide tremendous benefit to our two communities. The two cities are also looking for funding for two interstate interchanges -- one near Micco Road and the other near Ellis Road.

This adds another dimension to the technical jobs that our area has from companies like Lockheed and Harris Corp.
When asked how this will affect his property management business, Steve answered. Lots of people relocating, like to rent first to get a feel for the area. In our case we can do both. That is, we can rent them a home and then later apply a portion of the rent paid towards a purchase.
