I've been in the Real Estate field since 1983, always with Park Regency Realty.  Originally I came from an Engineering Construction background, specializing in Industrial Development and decided to settle down and pursue my passion of Residential Real Estate sales and have found great success in this endeavor.

I married Donna in 1988 and raised both Amber and Billy to be very independent on themselves.  Currently residing in Woodland Hills of the San Fernando Valley and have a motto of ‘Selling the Valley, One Yard at a Time!
