Welcome, and thanks for checking out my site!  I LOVE what I do, and that's helping buyers & sellers in the coastal areas of New Hampshire & southeastern Maine.  I've been doing so for the last 25+ years, full-time right here, so I've really gotten to know the Portsmouth New Hampshire market thoroughly, and have seen many changes over that time.  The one thing that doesn't change, however, is the dream to own one's home.  I believe that those who truly want to own their own home should be able to, and that's what I'm all about.....helping those who want their own piece of that dream!!

I grew up in the Air Force, moving all about the country, and having to adapt to the changes each move brought.  Because of that, I know first hand what it's like to pick up and move.  It's not always easy, nor is it always a move someone really wants.  I work hard to ensure each move and home purchase/sale is as smooth and pleasant as it can be.  Moving and the home buying/selling process is stressful, and my goal is to take some of that stress away.

To make sure I continually offer the best real estate service I can, I always make it a point to attend educational sessions, and I'm very active in the REALTOR organization.  I've earned several designations and certifications through my on-going education:    GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute-a comprehensive educational program that provides additional education above that needed to earn a real estate license); CBR (Certified Buyer Representative-this is a comprehensive training course with extensive education regarding representation of buyers in the home-buying process); REALTOR (member of the National Association of REALTORS - subscribing to a strict Code of Ethics in all real estate dealings); e-PRO (training course that provides extensive educational on working with internet-empowered consumers).  I'm presently working on several others as well.

Within the REALTOR organization, I've been very active, and I work very hard to promote what we, as REALTORS, stand for......the protection of private property rights and the right to enjoy it.  I serve on various committees on my local level, as well as at the state level and the national level.  I've served as President of the NH Association of REALTORS, and I've been given the great honor of being chosen "State REALTOR of the Year" for the NH Association of REALTORS.  

I LOVE what I do, both for buyers & sellers, and for REALTORS throughout my organization!

My professional concentration is on residential real estate - single family homes, condos, mobile  homes & manufactured homes, multi-family homes, and land - and I focus primarily on the coastal area of New Hampshire (Portsmouth, Rye, Hampton, Exeter, Stratham, Greenland, Dover, Durham, Rochester & surrounding areas) and the southeastern corner of Maine (Kittery, Eliot, York, South Berwick, Berwick, North Berwick, and surrounding areas).  I'm a licensed Broker in both New Hampshire and Maine, and I've been licensed since 1981.

My goal is to help educate each of my clients - buyers & sellers - on the New Hampshire & Maine real estate market and on what's needed to help them achieve their real estate goals, whether buying or selling.  The price ranges in my market can run from $100,000 to $12,000,000, and I work hard to help each client make the best and most-informed decision they can about their real estate purchase or sale.
