I am a home inspector focusing on the Pasadena-San Marino area,  a member of The California Real Estate Inspection Association (the oldest professional home inspection association in the USA) and have performed thousands of  home inspections.  I enjoy working with people and find a special excitment with each home I inspect.  There is always something new to discover (both negative and positive).  I have always felt that it is not what I say about a house but how I say it that is improtant.
